Seeking Creative Submissions - Sell Your Work Through Sam’s Interactive Reader

Monday, April 6th, 2009

img-creativesWe are pleased to announce the official launch of “Creative Submissions“.  This is a new area of our web site specifically for content creators to contribute their works for sale within Sam’s Interactive Reader.  Storybook Anytime Creative Submissions is looking for original creative works that are unique and interesting.  This includes live action video, animation, children’s music, and educational and fun games for kids.  Sam’s Interactive reader is known for its quality “Edutainment” content. There are many talented and creative individuals that are producing this type of content.  Creative Submissions gives them the perfect opportunity to present this content to a focused audience in the appropriate environment and earn a flat royalty rate of 50% for each purchase of their accepted work.

We believe this new initiative allows the community to participate in the content that is distributed through our flagship product,” says Angie Johnston, President of Storybook Anytime.  “There is a wealth of fantastic, contemporary children’s content that the world has not yet seen and we are proud to make it possible for that content to be published.

Creative Submissions also represents a new strategic business initiative for Storybook Anytime.  The introduction of user-generated content along side its original works provides huge benefits to its customers.  These benefits include less time between new content releases and more diverse and contemporary subject matter.  In addition, it extends the financial benefit not just to Storybook Anytime but allows us to share revenue with content creators in a way that benefits everyone.
